Ingredients

Cupcakes

1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

2 Tbsp cornstarch

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

1 large egg

1 large egg white

3/4 cup mashed overripe bananas

1/2 cup buttermilk

Buttercream Frosting:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup SKIPPY® Salted Caramel Creamy Peanut Butter Spread

1/8 tsp fine sea salt (optional)

2 1/4 cups powdered sugar

2 – 4 Tbsp half and half or milk

Caramel sauce for drizzling, optional
