Going back to school never tasted as sweet as these creamy PB&J-swirled cupcakes. We’ve combined two of our favorite nostalgic flavors into a cupcake, complete with a swirly top.

Mini PB&J Cupcakes

Ingredients

For the cupcakes:
1 box yellow cake mix, like Betty Crocker Super Moist
1 1/4 cups water
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
For the frosting:
1/2 cup heavy cream
6 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the filling:
1 cup grape or strawberry jam
